Amenities & Recreation

Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort offers two swimming pools-one indoor and one outdoor-along with a hot tub and a splash pad. The property also has a fitness center, a children's playground, and an on-site supermarket called Songbird Market for easy supply access. Guests can use the outdoor fire pits, the large fire pit for sing-alongs, and enjoy evening entertainment including live music and s'mores.

Accommodations

Rooms at HeartSong include family suites with a king bed, bunk beds, and a separate sleeping area with a door for parents. Each room features a sound machine for relaxation, a personal night light, and a balcony on select units. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus a separate toilet area with a sliding barn door.

Dining & On-Site Food

Ember & Elm restaurant serves American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelets. Songbird Market offers Starbucks coffee, fresh pastries, pizza, and Dollywood's famous Grist Mill Cinnamon Bread. A snack bar by the pool provides drinks and light meals, and room service is available.

Camp Dolly offers daily children's activities such as crafts, story time by the fireplace, and nightly s'mores by the fire pit.
