“I found the resort to be a well-maintained property with engaging pools that stay open late enough. The staff, particularly a gentleman named Guy in valet and security, truly went above and beyond, making the entire stay, from arrival to luggage assistance on checkout, feel genuinely hospitable. While rooms were generally clean and updated, a damaged cocktail table was a minor detractor from the overall polish, though the peaceful lake views from the balcony offered a lovely reprieve.”
