Accommodations

Each villa offers a separate living and dining area with a TV and DVD player. The full-size kitchens include modern appliances, allowing guests to prepare meals. Most villas have private balconies or patios with panoramic views of the coast.

Dining

The on-site restaurant serves American cuisine, and a poolside bar offers drinks and snacks. A deli market provides grab-and-go options for meals or groceries. Guests can also use the community barbecue grills located throughout the property.

Recreation

Three outdoor pools are open year-round, including a heated grotto pool. The 24-hour fitness center has cardio equipment and free weights, and the spa includes a sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. Tennis courts are available with equipment rental, and bicycle rental is offered on-site.

Location

The resort sits on 75 acres of Tuscan-inspired landscaped grounds next to Pelican Hill Golf Club. Crystal Cove State Park and beach are one mile away, with a complimentary shuttle service to Crystal Cove beach. Nearby activities include hiking, sailing, jet skiing, and shopping at Fashion Island.

Family-Friendly

Villa-style accommodations with full kitchens and separate living areas give families space to spread out. Multiple outdoor pools and leisure activities such as tennis and basketball courts provide entertainment for all ages. The resort also offers a putting green and a children's activity program (from reviews: kids club, movie theatre, crafts - but not official, so we omit). Instead we note proximity to Disneyland (20 miles) and the free shuttle to the beach.

While the property commands stunning ocean vistas and provides attentive service, navigating to the rooms via the parking garage presented an unexpected inconvenience for some. Nevertheless, the spacious accommodations and convenient location close to beaches and amenities point to a solid option for those prioritizing comfort and views.”
