On-site dining includes The Shoals Dockside with Peconic Bay views and Maizeat, a food truck serving local seafood and drinks. The hotel holds an exclusive partnership with Little Ram Oyster Company for unique oyster tastings. A dock-to-dine charter experience is available for guests arriving by boat.
