Amenities & Activities

The ranch offers guided horseback riding programs with multiple daily rides, including slow nose-to-tail rides and faster rides requiring a test. Guests can also participate in archery, BB gun shooting, and target shooting with a revolver, rifle, and shotgun. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are available for relaxation after the day's activities.

Each room is themed after Old West establishments such as the Doc Holliday suite, the Courthouse suite, and Miss Kitty's Bordello. The property is laid out like a small western town with dirt streets, front porches with rocking chairs, and storefront facades. All rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and coffee-making facilities.

Dining

Meals are served at Schieffelin's Restaurant, offering a three-course menu with homemade meatloaf, chicken dishes, fajitas, steak, ribs, and salmon. A special Chuckwagon breakfast with cowboy coffee is held outdoors by the campfire several mornings per week, hosted by Arizona Bill. Dietary restrictions such as food allergies are accommodated upon request at every meal.

Entertainment & Nightlife

The Old Trappman Saloon features live music and western-themed card games like Faro, where guests play with house chips. Trivia and storytelling sessions are hosted by characters such as Arizona Bill and Cliff. Evening entertainment also includes billiards, pool tables, and opportunities for guests to socialize around the saloon.

The ranch provides horseback riding lessons for all skill levels, including children, with patient wranglers like Adea and Jason.
